Is This You?
You come from a family where things were... complicated. Maybe love was present, but so was chaos, silence, or the kind of hurt that lingers. Over time, you learned how to adapt to survive the dysfunction, to hold it all in, to stay small or stay strong. Now, you’re starting to see the patterns. The reactions that aren’t really you, just habits formed from years of navigating the emotional landscape you were raised in. And something in you knows, it’s time. Time to process what’s been, to make meaning of your story, and to learn gentler, more loving ways to care for yourself and your nervous system. You're ready to heal, not just cope.
You’re a high-achieving woman, constantly checking off the next thing on your list, holding it all together, even when it feels like you’re barely holding on. You move through life with ambition and care, but underneath the surface, there’s a quiet hum of anxiety, waves of overwhelm, and moments when burnout feels just around the corner. Some days you power through. Other days, it’s harder to breathe. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone…and you don’t have to navigate it alone either.
You’re in the thick of early motherhood; sleep-deprived, stretched thin, and carrying more than just your baby (or babies). You’re carrying patterns, too. The ones you inherited, absorbed, or were never allowed to question. Maybe your childhood didn’t teach you how to self-soothe, set boundaries, or feel safe in your emotions. And now, in this tender season, it’s all resurfacing. You’re beginning to notice your reactions… the way you shut down, overextend, or feel triggered in ways you can’t always explain. And somewhere deep down, you know, this is your chance. To pause. To unpack. To heal. Not just for your child, but for you. Because you deserve softness, regulation, and a way of mothering that begins with re-mothering yourself.

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about coming home to yourself.
As a holistic psychotherapist and breathwork facilitator, I offer a deeply integrative approach that blends evidence-based practices with somatic healing, nervous system support, and mind-body connection. I see you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms to fix.
Our work goes beyond surface-level strategies. We explore your story, your body’s wisdom, your generational patterns, and the parts of you that are ready to be seen, softened, and healed. I meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
This is a space where you get to unravel, rebuild, and remember who you’ve always been beneath the noise.
-
An integrative approach to healing that honors the deep connection between our mental, emotional, and physical health. Mind-body medicine explores how stress, trauma, and emotional experiences live in the body—and how healing can happen through practices like breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. This approach helps you reconnect with your body as an ally in your healing, not just a vessel for symptoms.

Healing isn’t linear, and no ethical therapist can promise specific outcomes, because your journey is uniquely yours. What is guaranteed is a space where you are deeply seen, supported, and held with care. A space where we gently uncover patterns, build tools, and move at your pace. The process takes time, but it’s within that time that transformation can unfold layer by layer.
-
Not at all.
Breathwork is one of the many tools I offer, but it’s never a requirement. Our work together is collaborative, and everything we explore will always honor your comfort, consent, and readiness. If a full breathwork session ever feels aligned for your healing, we can gently integrate it, but if not, there are many other ways to support your growth and well-being. This space is always yours to shape. I incorporate shorter breathwork tools in our regular 1:1 psychotherapy session too, if you are open to it.That said, breathwork is a powerful tool for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and moving through blocks when talk therapy feels stagnant. If we ever reach a place that feels stuck, I may gently invite you to stay open to the possibility of trying it— not as a push, but as a pathway.
1:1 Holistic Psychotherapy
01. Mind-Body Connection
We explore how emotional experiences live in the body, not just the mind. Through somatic tools like breathwork, grounding, and nervous system awareness, you learn to listen to your body’s signals and build a deeper sense of safety from within.
02. Rooted in Deep Healing
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at the roots—early life experiences, family dynamics, generational patterns, and the stories you’ve carried. Together, we gently untangle what no longer serves you and make space for what does.
03. Whole-Person Approach
You are more than a diagnosis. Holistic psychotherapy honors your emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational well-being. We bring curiosity, compassion, and intention to every part of your experience, holding space for both healing and becoming.
Modalities I use:
-
Holistic psychotherapy, refers to a school of thought in therapy that attempts to address an individual as a whole person. Holistic therapy attempts to address the individual in terms of their mind, spirit, and body. Embracing a holistic view of human psychology allows us to take a look at how all areas of your life are connected. The goal of a holistic approach is to balance all the different aspects of the person, so the entire person is addressed in treatment and not just one aspect of the person. Holistic therapy is not just about analyzing the emotional state or changing thoughts and behaviors. It’s about all the ways in which people interact with their world and their overall sense of being. Holistic therapy attempts to have the individual gain awareness of these connections between the mind, body, and spirit using a number of different techniques. The goal is to help individuals to develop a much deeper understanding of themselves at all levels, which can often lead to improved self-esteem and emotional intelligence. Clients are guided toward self-awareness and then encouraged to lead their own journey through self-discovery and healing.

-
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that recognizes how trauma, emotions, and stress are held not just in the mind—but in the body. Through practices like breathwork, hypnotherapy, and guided meditation, we work gently with your nervous system to release what’s been stored, restore a sense of safety, and reconnect you to your body’s wisdom.
This isn’t just about talking through your pain—it’s about feeling your way into healing, using the body as a gateway for deeper transformation. -
Cognitive behavioral therapy helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns—like negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, or anxious spirals—and begin to shift them with practical tools and mindset shifts. This approach is empowering and insight-driven, helping you build a stronger relationship with your inner dialogue and make choices that feel more aligned with your values and healing.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy blends the practical tools of CBT with the grounding presence of mindfulness. This approach helps you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions without judgment, so you can respond instead of react. Together, we slow things down—creating space to notice your patterns, shift your inner dialogue, and regulate your nervous system. It’s about meeting yourself with compassion in the moment, while building tools that support lasting change.
-
Family Systems Therapy explores how the dynamics you grew up in continue to shape your relationships, emotional responses, and sense of self. We look at generational patterns, roles you may have unconsciously taken on, and how your family of origin still lives within you—often without you realizing it. This approach helps you understand where certain patterns began, so you can choose new ways of being that feel more authentic, connected, and free.
-
Attachment-informed therapy explores how your earliest relationships shaped the way you connect, cope, and seek closeness today. Whether you tend to shut down, cling, overgive, or feel anxious in relationships, these patterns often trace back to unmet needs from childhood. In our work together, we gently unravel these dynamics and begin to rebuild your internal sense of safety, trust, and connection—so you can relate to yourself and others from a place of security, not survival.
-
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, guided process that uses deep relaxation and focused awareness to access the subconscious mind—where old patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints often live. In this relaxed state, we can explore and reframe what's beneath the surface, helping you shift stuck patterns, release inner blocks, and align more fully with the life you want to create.

Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy therapy is an emerging, evidence-based approach that supports deep emotional healing, increased self-awareness, and profound shifts in perspective.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) offers a transformative approach to mental and emotional healing, enhancing therapeutic breakthroughs and creating lasting symptom improvement. Combining the innovative use of the psychedelic medicine ketamine with psychotherapeutic techniques, our therapists guide individuals through a journey that promotes profound inner shifts and enhanced well-being.
I currently collaborate with a trusted psychiatrist who provides medical oversight and prescriptions where appropriate. Together, we support clients through preparation, integration, and somatic-based processing.
Please note: At this time, this service is available only to established clients who have built a strong therapeutic foundation and are aligned with this path of healing. We can explore this modality once the therapeutic foundation is created.

Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic experiences can open up powerful insights, emotions, and memories—but the real healing happens in how you integrate those experiences into your daily life. In integration work, we gently explore what came up during your journey, process emotions that surfaced, and create meaning from what was revealed. Whether your experience felt expansive, confusing, or activating, this space is here to support you in grounding the wisdom, tending to the aftershocks, and embodying lasting change. Please note: I do not provide or facilitate psychedelic journeys (only Ketamine), but offer therapeutic support before and after in a safe, trauma-informed space.
